Gosh.
The Hong Leong Bank’s staff really gets me into anger.
Can’t imagine how HL can hire such people as their worker!
She will cause her employer in losing end, for sure.
Just for changing the account name, making us wait for an
hours plus, this meant that she use 1 hour+ to service per customer.
Can u imagine how efficient she is?
It doesn’t matter for me to wait for an hour as long as she
can get the work done.
Unfortunately, she did a big mistake and caught by me, which
is- she put the WRONG ACCOUNT NAME!!
Yong Nyit Kiew(Correct) and she put as Foo Foh
Tong(Wrong).[big difference]
We already passed her the IC, how come she still can type
wrongly?!!
I’m curious about it.
Tomorrow, we have to see her face again, for solving the
problem.
Grrrr………
